Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email @ bathandwicks@outlook.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase (less the shipping and handling).
Return & Exchange
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the day it was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Bath and Wicks within 7 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping and handling). Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping.
If a cancellation is sent within 24 hours of purchase time, we can guarantee cancelling the order. Any cancellation request made after 24 hours we cannot guarantee although we will still try.
Returns are meant for customers that originally wanted to cancel their order but were unable to due to the product being shipped out. With that, we will not accept any returns that have been opened and not in original packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the return item.
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control. You and only you are responsible for the shipping address you provide. We use an automated system that copies and pastes exactly what you list as your shipping address. With that, we cannot accept any responsibility for customers listing incorrect information. No refunds or replacements will be given. In this situation I would advise you to contact your post office as soon as possible for guidance.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incomplete item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3-5 business days to process returns once they arrive.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bathandwicks@outlook.com
Shipping
To return your product, email us at bathandwicks@outlook.com for shipping location. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
